ZipDX is designed for business people who make extensive use of audio conferencing. It is especially efficient and powerful for organizations that have multiple offices, mobile workers, or staff working from home. Weekly sales calls, staff meetings, project reviews and other meetings will be easier to set up, start more quickly, run more smoothly and sound better when you use ZipDX.

As you get more and more members of your workgroup registered, you'll find that conferencing is a breeze. If you are the host of a particular conference, you can decide which conferencing features are activated and how the conference will start and end. But as a participant, you also get controls – you manage the numbers that the system uses to recognize you, you pick your own PIN for identifying yourself to the system when necessary, and you can choose to activate the dial-out capability so the system calls you when your conference is starting.

When you set up conferencing with outsiders, you can use a traditional Conference Code (of your own choosing), and the system will work just like traditional audio bridging systems. But anybody can register with ZipDX. When you organize a conference via a Calendaring program, ZipDX checks the status of each participant. If you've invited somebody that hasn't used ZipDX before, ZipDX will automatically send them a "welcome" E-mail. It will invite them to register, and even give them a pre-assigned PIN (which they can change). They can use either their PIN, or the Conference Code you give them, to join your meeting.
