Your conference starts on time. With calendar integration and the ZipDX dial-out capability, participants get called just ahead of the start time. You can also manually dial out to virtually any telephone in the world. You won't waste time waiting for laggards.
Your conference audio will be crystal clear. Because ZipDX supports wideband, any appropriately-equipped participant will enjoy enhanced audio. Plus, with ZipDX dashboard controls, the host can instantly squelch noisy participants or "music on hold" that can ruin a conference.
You can request these credits on our Web site from the call summary page.

Some notes on Pricing & Alternative Services

ZipDX is committed to be the best value for business audio collaboration. That doesn't mean that we have the lowest per-minute rates, but it does mean that for the money you spend, we'll deliver substantial capability and flexibility.

There are plenty of alternative conferencing services out there. Many charge 15 or even 30 cents per minute, so you may already think ZipDX is a bargain. But some of the services charge lower rates, and some even claim to be free. If one of these services meets your requirements, you probably should use it. But be aware of the following things that we've observed in analyzing actual bills from a few of these providers:

Service A advertised a 5.5 cent per minute rate for toll-free calls within the United States. That's a pretty good bargain, especially if it's over a reliable network, even for a service that doesn't offer a suite of features comparable to ZipDX. But it turns out this service charges 70 cents per minute for calls originated in Canada. For this customer, a 30-minute call with two Canadian participants and four in the US, resulted in charges of ((2 X $0.70) + (4 X $0.055)) X 30 = $48.60. The same call via ZipDX would be 6 X $0.10 X 30 = $18.00 -- a savings of over 60%.

Worse, the same service charges $14 per minute (yes, FOURTEEN DOLLARS per minute) for a call to India. A 50-minute call with ten people in the US and one in India resulted in charges of ((10 X $0.055) + (1 X $14.00)) X 50 = $727.50. With ZipDX, the cost would be ((10 X $0.10) + (1 X $0.20)) X 50 = $60.00. -- a savings of over 90%.

Service R charges 8 cents per minute per participant for US-originated calls. But for participants in other parts of the world, the charges vary between 20 and 35 cents per minute. This service also charges premium rates to enable certain host controls that are automatically included in every ZipDX conference. So a 100-minute call on this "8 cents per minute" service can really cost $30, while the ZipDX charges could be only $10.

Please make sure you compare "apples" to "apples" when comparing service charges.
